How to Become a Member

Join the Epilepsy Association of Secunderabad by completing the simple membership process below.

Membership Application Steps

    1. Your Photograph (JPG / JPEG / PNG up to 2 MB)
    2. Medical Council Registration Number
    3. Highest Qualification Certificate or HOD Letter for Students (JPG / JPEG / PNG / PDF up to 2 MB)
  • Verify all entered details carefully before submitting the form. Click the Submit button to continue.
  • After submission, you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Please do not refresh or close the page during the transaction process.
