The most common group of drugs inducing or worsening RBD are antidepressants<br>Most common agents are SSRI particularly Venlafaxine, SNRI like duloxetine followed by Tricyclic antidepressants<br>Mirtazapine and MAO inhibitors can also increase REM motor activity<br>Bupropion, dopaminergic/noradrenergic agonist does not induce RBD and is the choice for cases having associated depression ; however it does not have major anxiolytic effect<br>Beta blockers particularly propranolol also have been reported to induce RBD
