Explaination: Patient has left hemineglect and has a right parietal stroke. Patients with neglect do not read left side of sentences, they start reading from the middle. Letter by letter reading is seen in occipital lesions due to simultagnosia. Hanging spectacle sign is seen in right hemispheric lesions.
